Nickel Ore Production Line and Process Solution

I. Overview of nickel ore beneficiation process

Nickel ore beneficiation mainly focuses on two types of copper nickel sulfide ore and nickel oxide ore, through the scientific nickel ore beneficiation process design to achieve efficient recovery of nickel resources. This nickel ore beneficiation program provides a complete nickel ore production line configuration proposal, covering crushing, grinding, flotation, dewatering and other key processes.

1. Crushing and screening system

  • Flow: primary rougher -secondary fine -secondary sweeping

(2) Priority flotation process

  • Applicable: high copper-nickel ore (Cu/Ni>1)

  • Flow: Priority flotation for copper - flotation for nickel - separate separation

4. Concentrate dewatering system

  • Concentration: High-efficiency thickener

  • Filtration: ceramic filter/plate and frame filter press

  • Drying: rotary drying kiln (optional)
