Mobile Trommel Screen (Portable Gold Wash Plant)

The Mobile Trommel Screen is an integrated, fully portable gold washing plant. It combines a feeding hopper, trommel screen, water pump, and diesel generator on a single chassis with wheels.

Designed for Alluvial Gold Mining in remote areas, it can be easily towed by a loader or truck. With a built-in Sluice Box or Centrifugal Concentrator, it recovers gold nuggets and dust efficiently directly at the mining site.

Working Principle: Wash, Screen & Concentrate

A complete mobile processing line: from raw gravel to gold concentrate.

Feeding & Scrubbing

Excavator feeds material into the hopper. High-pressure water from the spray pipe washes the clay-bound gravel inside the rotating drum.

Sizing Separation

Oversized rocks (>6mm) are discharged as waste. Fine gold-bearing sand (<6mm) passes through the screen mesh.

Gold Recovery

The fine slurry flows directly into the attached Sluice Box with Gold Carpet or a portable Centrifugal Concentrator to capture free gold.

A: Yes! Our mobile unit comes with a dedicated Diesel Generator or Diesel Engine to power the screen and water pump, making it fully independent of the grid.

Q: Can I add a centrifuge to it?

A: Absolutely. While the standard version uses Sluice Boxes, we can upgrade it by adding a Centrifugal Concentrator or Jig Machine at the discharge point for higher recovery.

Q: Is it road legal to tow?

A: The chassis is designed for off-road site movement (towed by loader/excavator). For long-distance highway transport, we recommend loading it onto a flatbed truck.
