Silver Ore Beneficiation Production Line Solution is designed for the efficient recovery of Independent and Associated Silver Ores.
This solution primarily adopts Flotation Technology. By optimizing grinding fineness and reagent systems, we achieve high recovery rates (85%-92%) and significant concentrate grade improvement for sulfide and polymetallic silver ores.
Silver Ore Beneficiation is the process of extracting silver minerals (Argentite, Native Silver, etc.) from gangue. Since most silver is associated with Lead, Zinc, or Copper sulfides, Flotation is the dominant method. It utilizes collectors to make silver minerals hydrophobic, attaching them to bubbles for separation.

Goal: Reduce ROM ore to 15-25mm for grinding.

Goal: Liberate silver minerals from gangue.

We upgraded a plant suffering from low recovery rates by implementing Stage Grinding & Flotation.
A: For silver associated with Lead/Zinc/Copper, we use Differential Flotation. We float the base metal sulfides (Galena, Sphalerite) which carry the silver, producing a silver-rich concentrate.
A: Instead of grinding all ore to fine powder at once, we grind coarsely first, float the easy-to-liberate minerals, and then regrind the rough concentrate. This saves energy and prevents over-grinding valuable minerals.
