Lead-Zinc Ore Production Line Solution focuses on the high-efficiency separation of Galena (Pb) and Sphalerite (Zn).
This solution adopts "Flotation as the main process", solving key technical problems such as lead-zinc separation and iron sulfide treatment. It features a flexible process, high recovery rate, and environmental compliance.
Lead-Zinc Ore Beneficiation is the process of separating Lead and Zinc minerals from gangue and from each other. Due to their close symbiotic relationship, Preferential Flotation (floating Lead first, then Zinc) or Mixed-Separate Flotation is commonly used to produce separate high-grade concentrates.

Goal: Reduce ore size to ≤ 10mm for efficient grinding.

Goal: Liberate Lead and Zinc minerals (Monomer Dissociation).
Goal: Separate Lead and Zinc concentrates using specific reagents.
*Sulfur flotation is performed afterwards if Pyrite recovery is needed.

A: We use a specialized Inhibitor System. In the first stage, Zinc is suppressed (inhibited) so only Lead floats. Then, Zinc is activated (using Copper Sulfate) and floated in the second stage.
