Circular Vibrating Screen (YK Series Heavy Duty Sieve)

The Circular Vibrating Screen is the industry standard for Coarse and Medium Sizing in quarries and mines. It features a circular motion trajectory, making it highly efficient for screening large rocks and aggregates.

Typically installed after the Jaw Crusher or Cone Crusher, it separates crushed stones into different sizes (e.g., 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm) for construction or further processing.

Working Principle: Circular Motion

The eccentric block generates a powerful centrifugal force, causing the screen box to move in a circle.

Excitation

The motor drives the tire coupling, rotating the eccentric block at high speed. This produces a strong vibrating force.

Tumbling Action

The screen box moves in a circular path. Materials on the mesh are thrown up and tumble forward, preventing blockage.

Multi-Layer Sizing

With 2-4 layers of screen mesh, it separates the feed into multiple grades (products) in a single pass.
