6-S Shaking Table (Gravity Concentrating Table)

The 6-S Shaking Table is the most precise gravity separation equipment for fine minerals. It is renowned for its High Enrichment Ratio (up to 100 times) and ability to separate concentrate, middlings, and tailings in a single operation.

It is indispensable in the final cleaning stage for Rock Gold, Tin, Tungsten, and Tantalum-Niobium processing. The table deck is made of durable Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP).

Working Principle: Differential Motion & Gravity

Separation based on specific gravity difference under asymmetrical reciprocating motion.

Stratification

Slurry is fed onto the inclined deck. Riffles and water flow cause particles to stratify: Heavy minerals sink to the bottom; light minerals float on top.

Longitudinal Motion

The head motion (transmission) drives the deck back and forth. The asymmetrical motion moves heavy particles along the riffles towards the concentrate end.

Fan-Shaped Zoning

Minerals fan out on the deck. Concentrate, Middlings, and Tailings are clearly separated and discharged into different launders.

Q: How to choose the deck type (Riffle)?

A: Coarse Sand Deck is for particles 0.5-2mm (Roughing). Fine Sand Deck is for 0.074-0.5mm. Slime Deck is for <0.074mm (Cleaning).

Q: How to adjust the table?

A: You can adjust the Lateral Slope (angle) and Stroke Length. Steeper slope and shorter stroke are for coarse material; gentler slope and longer stroke for fine material.

Q: Do you have double deck tables?
