Fluorite Ore Production Line Solution is designed for the efficient recovery of Fluorspar (CaF₂) from complex associated ores.
This solution utilizes a "Gravity Separation - Flotation" joint process. It effectively separates Fluorite from Barite, Quartz, and Sulfides, achieving high-grade Acid Spar (CaF₂ ≥ 97%) for chemical and metallurgical industries.
Fluorite Beneficiation is the process of concentrating Fluorite (Fluorspar) from gangue minerals. Since Fluorite has similar physical properties to Calcite and Barite, separation is challenging. The process typically involves Hand Sorting or Jigging for coarse metallurgical grade, and Flotation for fine chemical grade powder.

Goal: Reduce ore size and discard waste rock early.
Goal: Liberate Fluorite from impurities.
Specific strategies are used for different impurities:

A: Separation is difficult as both contain Calcium. We use specialized inhibitors like Tannin extract or Acidified Water Glass to depress Calcite while floating Fluorite. Controlling pH is crucial.
A: Metallurgical Grade (Metspar) is coarse (+2mm) with 60-85% CaF₂, produced by Jigging. Acid Grade (Acidspar) is fine powder with >97% CaF₂, produced by Flotation for making Hydrofluoric Acid.
A: Jigging removes barren waste rock early at low cost. This increases the feed grade for the expensive grinding/flotation stage and reduces total energy consumption by up to 30%.
