The High Frequency Vibrating Screen is the ultimate solution for Fine Screening (0.1-5mm) and Dewatering of mineral slurries. It is widely used in Coal Preparation Plants and Metal Mines.
Typically fed by a Slurry Pump, it utilizes high-frequency vibration (up to 3000 RPM) to break the surface tension of the slurry, achieving rapid stratification and efficient dewatering of fine particles before tailings disposal.
High frequency and low amplitude vibration force the material to stratify quickly.
The high G-force separates the slurry. Fine particles (water) sink to the bottom (contacting the screen), while coarse particles float on top.
The intense vibration breaks the water tension, allowing water to pass through the fine mesh easily, achieving Deep Dewatering.
The solids are transported forward to the discharge end, while the water and slime pass through the screen as underflow.

Why choose High Frequency for fine materials? Here is the comparison:
| Feature | High Frequency Screen | Standard Vibrating Screen |
|---|---|---|
| Frequency | High (3000 RPM). | Low/Medium (800-1000 RPM). |
| Amplitude | Low (1-3mm). | High (5-10mm). |
| Application | Fine Slurry & Dewatering. | Coarse/Medium Sizing. |
| Efficiency | High for < 1mm particles. | Low for fine particles (blinding). |

The high frequency vibration increases the probability of fine particles passing through the mesh, boosting efficiency by 50%.
We use premium Polyurethane (PU) screen panels, which last 5 times longer than metal woven mesh and are anti-clogging.
The inclination angle can be adjusted to control the flow speed and dewatering effect according to your material.

A: Dewatering Sieve uses linear vibration for final dewatering (thicker cake). High Frequency Screen uses high speed vibration for fine separation and thin slurry dewatering.
A: Our Polyurethane mesh panels typically last 6-12 months, which is 3-5 times longer than traditional stainless steel mesh. They are also easier to replace.
A: Yes. With a variable frequency drive (VFD), you can adjust the motor speed to control the vibration frequency, optimizing performance for different slurry concentrations.
