Linear Vibrating Screen (ZKB Series Fine Sieve)

The Linear Vibrating Screen (Horizontal Screen) uses dual vibration motors to drive materials in a linear jumping motion. It is the best choice for Fine Screening (0.074-5mm) and Dewatering of granular and powdery materials.

Widely used in Coal, Chemical, and Plastic industries. Compared to the Circular Vibrating Screen, it offers higher precision and lower installation height.

Working Principle: Linear Motion

Two motors rotate synchronously in opposite directions to produce a straight-line force.

Dual Motor Drive

Two vibration motors are mounted on the screen box. Their centrifugal forces cancel each other in one direction and combine in the other.

Linear Jumping

The combined force throws the material straight forward and upward. This linear path ensures precise cut points and high capacity.

Grading & Dewatering

Fine particles pass through the mesh quickly. If used for wet materials, water is drained effectively due to the linear agitation.
