Double Roll Crusher (Fine Crushing Expert)

The Double Roll Crusher (or 2-Roll Crusher) is designed for fine crushing of medium-hard and soft materials (Compressive strength ≤ 300MPa) such as Coal, Coke, Limestone, and Clinker.

OreSolution's Roll Crusher excels in precise particle size control. By adjusting the gap between the two rollers, you can get exact output sizes (e.g., <3mm) with minimal dust and over-crushing.

Working Principle: Extrusion & Shear

The material is crushed by high-pressure squeezing between two counter-rotating rollers.

Feeding

Material enters the V-shaped crushing chamber formed by two rollers. The friction force draws the material down into the gap.

Extrusion

As the rollers rotate towards each other, the material is subjected to immense pressure (up to 200MPa) and shearing force , breaking it instantly.

Discharge

Crushed particles fall through the gap. By adjusting the wedge or hydraulic device, you can strictly control the final size (e.g., 2-10mm).
