The Hammer Crusher is famous for its "One-Step Crushing" capability. It can crush large stones (Max feed ≤ 350mm) directly into small particles (3-50mm) in a single stage, eliminating the need for secondary crushing.
OreSolution's Hammer Crusher is ideal for medium-hard and brittle materials (Compressive strength ≤ 100MPa) such as Limestone, Coal, Gypsum, and Glass.
The high-speed rotating hammer head strikes the material, realizing crushing, grinding, and shearing simultaneously.
Raw material enters from the upper feeding port. The high-speed rotating rotor drives the Hammer Head to strike the ore violently.
The crushed material is thrown against the impact plate and sheared between the hammer and the liner, further reducing its size.
Material smaller than the screen gap (Adjustable) passes through the bottom grate plate. Larger pieces remain for re-crushing.

Why choose a Hammer Crusher? The main reason is Cost Saving by simplifying the process flow. In addition, the hammer crusher features lower energy consumption per ton, reducing long-term operating costs compared to multi-stage crushing systems.
| Feature | Hammer Crusher | Jaw Crusher |
|---|---|---|
| Process Flow | One-Step Crushing (Takes large rocks, outputs fines). | Requires Secondary Crusher (Cone/Impact) for fines. |
| Investment | Low Initial Cost. | Higher (Need multiple machines). |
| Material Hardness | Medium/Soft (Limestone, Coal). | Very Hard (Granite, Basalt). |
Capable of crushing 350mm feed size directly down to <25mm in one pass. High production efficiency.
Our hammers are cast from high-manganese composite steel, extending service life by 1.5 times compared to ordinary hammers.
The gap of the grate plate can be adjusted to control the discharge particle size, meeting different needs.

| Parameter | Range / Value |
|---|---|
| Max Feeding Size | ≤ 350 mm |
| Discharge Size | 3 - 50 mm (Adjustable) |
| Processing Capacity | 5 - 300 t/h |
| Motor Power | 15 - 315 kW |
A: Yes, the Hammer Crusher is very suitable for wet materials like coal. Unlike fine jaw crushers, it is less likely to clog because the grate gap is adjustable.
A: It depends on the material abrasiveness. For soft limestone or coal, hammers can last 6-12 months. For harder materials, it will be shorter.
