Working Principle: Grinding & Amalgamation

The massive rollers grind the ore repeatedly on the pan, creating optimal conditions for gold liberation.

Transmission

The motor drives the gearbox via V-belts, which then rotates the vertical shaft and the horizontal basin (pan) or rollers.

Grinding & Mixing

Discharge
