This solution targets the recovery of Ferrosilicon (FeSi) particles from calcium carbide slag using a purely physical "Screening - Jigging" process. It achieves immediate economic benefits by recovering alloy and prepares the purified slag for 100% high-value utilization in building materials.
Calcium Carbide Slag is the waste generated from acetylene production. It often contains unreacted Calcium Carbide and heavy Ferrosilicon particles (Specific Gravity 6.3-6.8). Our treatment process uses Gravity Separation to recover these heavy alloys from the light Calcium Hydroxide slag (Specific Gravity 2.2-2.3), turning a waste disposal problem into a resource recovery opportunity.
