This potassium and sodium feldspar beneficiation solution provides a complete potassium and sodium feldspar beneficiation production line, which is specialized in removing iron, quartz, mica and other impurities through the combined process of "crushing - grinding - magnetic separation - flotation", ensuring that the content of K₂O+Na₂O is ≥12%, and the content of Fe₂O₃ is ≤0.2%, which can satisfy the high-quality requirements of ceramics, glass and other industries. The processing capacity of potassium and sodium feldspar production line can be customized according to the demand of 50-2000t/d scale.

  1. Crushing and screening system

  • Adopting two-stage and one closed-circuit crushing process
