Fluorite Ore Production Line and Process Solution

I. Program Overview

This fluorite production line solution for different types of fluorite ore (CaF₂) characteristics, to provide "gravity separation - flotation" joint process, through the differentiation of the separation design to achieve efficient separation of fluorite and barite, quartz, sulfide ores and other veinstones, especially suitable for complex associated fluorite ore sorting.

Second, fluorite beneficiation process flow

  1. Crushing system

    • Three sections and one closed-circuit crushing:

      • Jaw crusher (coarse crushing to -80mm)

      • Cone crusher (medium crushing to -20mm)

      • High pressure roller mill (fine crushing to -5mm)

  2. Pre-Selected Scrapping System

    • Jigger processing (+2mm coarse grade)

    • 15-30% of waste rock can be pre-collected.

  3. Grinding System

    • One stage ball mill (closed circuit with spiral classifier to -0.3mm)

    • Second stage ball mill (closed circuit with cyclone group to -0.074mm 80%)

  4. Flotation separation system

    • Fluorite-barite separation:

      • Mixed flotation (oleic acid trap)

      • Separation flotation (pH=8-9, water glass inhibition)

    • Fluorite-quartz separation:

      • Combined inhibitor (water glass + metal ions)

      • Fatty acid-based traps

    • Sulfide-bearing ore processing:

      • Priority flotation of sulfide ores (yellow drug type traps)

      • Re-election of fluorite (adding sulfide ore inhibitor)

  5. Concentrate dewatering system

    • High-efficiency thickener (bottom stream concentration ≥65%)

    • Plate and frame filter press (cake moisture ≤10%)
