The system is high-temperature, high-pressure, cyanide-free, desorption automatically controlled, and characterized by high efficiency, rapidity and low consumption.
High efficiency: when the taste of gold-carrying carbon reaches 3000g/t, the desorption rate can reach more than 96%, and the taste of depleted carbon can be reduced by 50%-75% compared with that of conventional desorption electrolysis device.
Fast: the temperature of desorption and electrolysis can be as high as 150℃ (30-55℃ higher than other models), and the working pressure of the system can be as high as 0.5Mpa (0.2-0.5Mpa higher than other models), so the time of desorption and electrolysis is very fast, which is generally 12 hours, and shortened by 50%-75%.
Low consumption: the temperature of desorption and electrolysis is the same, no heat exchange is required, and the total power consumption is 1/2-1/4 of the conventional system due to the fast working.
Cyanide-free: no need to add sodium hydride in the desorption solution, low cost and no pollution.
High taste of gold mud, no need for reverse electrolysis, easy to extract gold mud.
Automatic control: liquid level control system, temperature control system and automatic control system are specially set up.
Safety: with triple safety protection measures, i.e. the system's own intelligence, automatic pressure-limiting pressure release mechanism, and insurance safety valve.
