Working Principle

The working principle of square swing sieve (also known as reciprocating vibrating screen, precision vibrating screen):

  1. The motor drive device generates the inertia force around the fixed axis and the direction changes regularly.

  2. The screen box and screen surface are shaken periodically.

  3. The material makes directional jumping movement with the screen box

  4. The material smaller than the sieve hole falls to the lower layer through the sieve hole.

  5. Materials larger than the screen hole are discharged from the discharge port.

Technical parameters:

  • Arrangement of screen surface: horizontal or slightly inclined (0 ° -5 °)

  • Motion mode: back and forth reciprocating motion
