Rare precious metals beneficiation process

1. Crushing and screening stage

Adopting three stages and one closed-circuit crushing process, through the jaw crusher for coarse crushing, cone crusher for medium and fine crushing, and finally crushing the ore to -15mm or less, to provide suitable size of raw materials for the grinding operation.

2. Grinding and Classifying Stage

Ball mill and spiral classifier or hydrocyclone are used to form a closed-circuit grinding system to grind the ore to the appropriate fineness, so that the useful minerals can be fully dissociated, while avoiding the phenomenon of over-grinding.

3. Separation stage

Gravity separation process

• Application: for gold, silver and other high density precious metal minerals

• Equipment: shaking table, centrifugal concentrator, jigger

• Characteristics: low investment, low cost, no pollution

Flotation Process

• Application: applicable to the sorting of many kinds of rare precious metal minerals
