I. Solution Overview

Magnetite iron ore production line and process solutions for magnetite ore dressing characteristics, to provide a variety of modern process options, including "weak magnetic - reverse flotation" and "full magnetic separation" two major process routes. Through the combination of new magnetic separation equipment and advanced technology, the grade of iron ore concentrate can be increased to more than 68%, and the SiO₂ content can be reduced to less than 4.5%, which can satisfy the demand of modern iron and steel industry for high quality iron ore concentrate.

  1. Weak magnetization-reverse flotation process

    • Cation reverse flotation process:

      • Stage grinding-weak magnetic separation (to -0.074mm accounted for 80%)

      • Fine sieve grading (sieve hole 0.1mm)

      • Cation reverse flotation (one rougher and one finer)

      • Froth product regrinding and re-election

      • Concentrate grade up to 68.88

    • Anionic reverse flotation process:
