Tin Alluvial Ore Production Line Solution is designed for the efficient recovery of Cassiterite from placer deposits.
This solution utilizes a "Gravity Separation" based process. By employing Trommel Screens, Jigs, and Shaking Tables, it effectively recovers tin concentrate from sand and clay, offering low investment and high recovery rates.
Tin Alluvial Beneficiation is the process of extracting heavy Cassiterite (Tin Oxide) minerals from riverbeds or coastal sands. Unlike rock tin, it requires no grinding. The core process involves washing away clay and using gravity separators to concentrate the heavy tin minerals.

A: Clay can trap tin particles. We use a Rotary Scrubber with lifters and high-pressure water to thoroughly wash and disintegrate the clay before screening.
A: Our plants are modular. A single line can process anywhere from 50 t/h to 500 t/h. For larger projects, multiple lines are used in parallel.
