Gold Ore CIP (Carbon In Pulp) Production Line Solution is the industry standard for high-efficiency gold extraction.
This process is ideal for processing flotation concentrates, gravity tailings, and oxidized muddy ores. By using activated carbon to adsorb gold directly from the cyanide pulp, it achieves recovery rates of >95% with simplified operations.
CIP (Carbon In Pulp) is a method where activated carbon is added to the leaching tanks to adsorb dissolved gold simultaneously with the cyanidation process. Unlike CIL (Carbon In Leach), CIP typically has separate leaching and adsorption stages. It is highly effective for ores with high mud content that are difficult to filter.

Goal: Grind ore to -200 mesh (85-90%) to expose gold particles.

Goal: Dissolve gold into solution and adsorb it onto carbon.

Goal: Strip gold from carbon and recover it as metal.

| Parameter | Traditional Process | Our High-Pressure System |
|---|---|---|
| Temperature | 90-95°C | 150°C |
| Pressure | Atmospheric | 0.5 Mpa |
| Cycle Time | 24-48 Hours | 10-12 Hours |
| Desorption Rate | 90-95% | > 96% |
| Cyanide Use | Required | Cyanide-Free |
| System | Main Equipment | Performance |
|---|---|---|
| Grinding | Overflow Ball Mill | Optimized fineness control. |
| Leaching | Double Impeller Leaching Tank | Uniform suspension, lower power. |
| Thickening | High-Efficiency Thickener | Increases pulp density (40-50%). |
| Gold Recovery | Desorption & Electrolysis Unit | Integrated skid-mounted design. |

A: In CIP (Carbon-In-Pulp), leaching happens first, followed by adsorption in separate tanks. In CIL (Carbon-In-Leach), leaching and adsorption happen simultaneously in the same tanks. CIL generally has lower capital costs, while CIP is better for complex ores.
A: It drastically reduces processing time from days to hours, lowers energy consumption by 50-75%, and eliminates the need for toxic cyanide during the stripping process, making it safer and cheaper.
A: Tailings are treated to destroy residual cyanide (using INCO or Chlorine methods) and then dewatered using a Filter Press for dry stacking or backfilling, ensuring environmental compliance.
We customize the solution based on your ore's mud content and gold grade.
