ZKB type linear vibrating screen is a kind of high-efficiency screening equipment, which adopts the design of double-motor drive and is specially developed for the screening and grading of powdery and granular materials. The equipment is widely used in plastics, abrasives, chemical, pharmaceutical, building materials, grain, carbon, fertilizer and other industries, especially suitable for handling dry powdery materials with particle size within 0.074-5mm.

Working Principle

1. Double motor drive: two vibration motors rotate synchronously in reverse to produce linear excitation force.

2. Material movement: the material on the screen surface for linear jumping movement.

3. Classification process: materials smaller than the sieve hole through the screen, larger than the sieve hole material along the sieve moving forward

4. Separation of discharged materials: ultimately realize the precise separation of materials in multi-stage.
