Scope of application

1. Depth purification of non-metallic ores

  • Quartz sand: Fe₂O₃ content can be reduced to less than 0.01% to meet the requirements of photovoltaic glass, electronic grade silicon powder.

  • Feldspar (potassium/sodium feldspar): effectively remove mica, ilmenite and other weak magnetic impurities, whiteness enhancement of 5-10 degrees.

  • Kaolin: iron removal and whitening to meet the standards of high-end ceramics and paper coating.

2. Metal ore sorting

  • Iron ore roughing: enrichment of low-grade iron ore.

  • Tailings re-election: recovery of hematite, limonite and other difficult minerals.

V. Working Principle

  1. Slurry feeding: through the intelligent feeding system evenly into the sorting chamber.

  2. Electromagnetic adsorption: under the adjustable strong magnetic field, iron and weak magnetic impurities are adsorbed to the surface of magnetic media.

  3. Backwash cleaning: the upper and lower high-pressure water backwash completely removes the adsorbed impurities.

  4. Concentrate collection: the purified slurry is discharged from the concentrate outlet, and the tailings enter the sedimentation tank.
