Working Principle

1. Slurry feeding: the slurry enters the sorting tank evenly after adjusting the slurry.

2. Magnetic adsorption:

   • Strong magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the drum.

   • Non-magnetic minerals are discharged with the ore flow

3. Concentrate stripping:

   • Magnetic minerals are taken out of the magnetic field area

   • Flushed into the concentrate tank by rinse water

4. Product separation:

   • Concentrate: Magnetic product

   • Tailings: Non-magnetic product
