6-S shaking table is one of the core equipments of gravity beneficiation, which is widely used in the sorting of tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, iron, manganese, chromium, titanium, bismuth, lead, gold, and other rare and precious metal ores, as well as in coal mine sorting. The equipment is suitable for sorting operations of different grain sizes such as roughing (2-0.5mm), selecting (0.5-0.074mm), sweeping (-0.074mm), etc. The range of effective recovered grain size can be up to 2-0.022 millimeters when dealing with tungsten and tin ores.

Mineral particles are subjected to the inclined bed surface:
Gravity - to make the minerals stratified according to the specific gravity
Horizontal water flushing - separation of light and heavy minerals
Reciprocating movement of the bed surface - generating inertia force, strengthening sorting
Minerals with different specific gravity are distributed along the bed surface in a fan shape, and finally discharged from the concentrate end, the middle ore area and the tailing side respectively, realizing efficient separation.
