Process Overview

Gemstone Alluvial Ore Beneficiation Production Line adopts the mature "Washing-Screening-Gravity Separation" process route, especially designed for ruby, sapphire, garnet and other precious gemstone alluvial ores. This gemstone beneficiation production line is designed to realize the efficient recovery of high grade gemstones on the premise of ensuring the integrity of gemstone crystals through multi-stage sorting and selection process.

Core Process Flow

1. Washing and Screening System

   • Rotary scrubber/tumbler screen: removes clay and surface adherents

   • Vibrating Screen: Classification into four grades: +5mm, 5-2mm, 2-0.5mm, -0.5mm.

2. Gravity enrichment system

   • Jigger: processing 5-0.5mm particle size, preliminary enrichment of gemstones

   • Spiral concentrator: processing -0.5mm fine-grained materials

3. Selection and purification system

   • Shaking Table Concentration: Improve the grade of rough concentrate.

   • Optical sorting machine: new type of gemstone sorting equipment, purity can reach more than 98%.

   • Vibrating Oil Paste Concentrator: Improve the grade of rough concentrate.
